Contributed Sessions
The submission process for Contributed Sessions is now open.
A contributed session consists of four presentations given by speakers invited by one or two organizers. The participation of young researchers and PhD students working in Italy or abroad is strongly encouraged.
To submit a Contributed Session (CS) please follow these steps:
- Log in and use the “New Contributed Session” command at the following link Login CS (if you do not have an account, please Register first at the following link Registration)
- In the “Contributed Session” submission, insert the session title and the names of the 4 speakers (organizers may also be speakers). A short description of the Contributed Session (CS) is also required.
- An email confirmation will be automatically sent to the registered organizer of the CS after submission.
- To edit a submission, please use the login link Login CS and the Edit command
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by November 15, 2025.
Please note: To confirm participation once a proposal has been accepted, both organizers and speakers must later register for the meeting. Information about the registration fee will be provided later
